Jessica Audiffred absolutely destroyed the bass capital last week at the Ogden Theatre in Denver with Artix, Youth in Circles, and Konsent!
When it comes to filthy dubstep, this baddie knows how to throw down! I was lucky enough to catch an interview with Jessica and she gave me an inside look into her life and why she does what she does.

“In Mexico, we don’t have any bass shows ever,” she explained, “when I was just starting to play bass music, there was no place for me to play at clubs or anything so I had to do my own shows.”
When you come from a place like Denver, where dubstep is so highly respected, It’s crazy to comprehend how other places could just lack the vitality of bass music!
Jessica still currently lives in Mexico but comes to the states every single weekend just to play the music she loves to produce to the people who love to get down to it.

“Producing music, you have no idea that the stuff you can do in your little home studio will get to so many people,” she said, “It's actually pretty crazy to me that people listen to my music and they like it and buy tickets to my shows!”
The EDM scene and rave community have touched the hearts and changed the lives of many. Not only does it fulfill listeners with a place they can call home, but it gives an outlet for artists to express their creativity no matter what hands they were dealt.
“Coming from Mexico, I'm like this little girl who likes dubstep and all of a sudden
people are buying merch,” she exclaimed proudly with the most adorable smile on her face.

Knowing genuine artists like Jessica make EDM fans so proud to be a part of this community.
Fellow dubstep-lovers get ready because Jessica Audiffred has an entire EP coming real soon with Adventure Club! It's a mix of melodic vibes and dirty dubstep so - stay tuned Denver!
